We get to Lady's Island Marina in
Beaufort around 1:30PM. Linda and I were planning to leave the boat
there for a week and rent a car to drive back to Connecticut, because
my mother had recently been moved to a nursing home. This was the
first place since Osprey, Myrtle Beach where we could leave the boat
and get a rental car. My sister and her husband had been dealing
with my mothers move to the nursing home and my mothers health is
rapidly declining.
