Cat, Hawks Nest Marina

We have a very good breakfast at the resort restaurant and get there at 8:00 AM. We spend the rest of the morning back on the boat cleaning the inside and outside of the boat. After lunch Linda and Karen hang out at the beach at the marina. It is fairly rough and I can hear the waves breaking on the beach back on the boat. I work on some more stuff on the boat and make reservations for Cape Eleuthera Marina for tomorrow. Tomorrow is the one fairly calm day for the next week or so. There are lots of good anchorages for the normal easterly trade winds here on Cat Island, but the forecast for the next week or more is wind in every direction, but east. We decide to make the long run to Eluethera. 72 miles. Since Day Light savings time was this weekend we will leave before sunrise which is now at 7:15AM.

We walk over to the office at the resort to pay our bill and hangout at the pool there for a while, before heading back to the boat for the evening.
