GHC, Shark Creek

Today after breakfast we go on a long dinghy adventure to the other side of the island through a mangrove creek called Shark Creek, with Mark and Karen. We plan the trip around high tide because it is shallow in some spots. In places it is barely wide enough to fit a dinghy through. We try to find a trail to the other side of Haines Cay, but have no luck finding it. We stop by Hawks Cay before we head back through Shark Creek.

After lunch, left over pizza, Linda washes the shells that she picked up. Late afternoon we have happy hour on “Sea Vu Play” and play cards. In the evening we go to a cookout at the Marina Pavilon, $10 for BBQ ribs, a good deal, with some of my Bahamian favorites, Bahamian Mac& Cheese and Peas & Rice.
