Solomans

We had orginally planned to head up the Potomac to Washington DC. After a couple cloudy and rainy days and a few more coming we are less interested in the long trek up the Potomac and back. We decide we will meet Linda’s sister, Sabrina at Annapolis, since she has never been there. 

Crabbers

Cloudy, dreary morning, by the time we get to the Solomons we get some sun. We get the boat pumped out and are anchored by 4:00PM. We passed SKUA anchored at the beginning of the creek and dinghy down to them to invite them to Happy Hour at the “Deck” at Zahnisers Yachting Center, where we road out the remnants of Hurricane Michael last Fall. We had half priced drinks and appetizers for dinner. Early, back to the boat I scrubbed the bath tub ring around our boat probably acquired in the Boat Basin at Plymouth. Still have a pretty good ICW mustache from the tannin in the water.
