Anchor up at 7:00am. Beautiful day, motor-sailed mostly. Once we get south of the Berry Islands we are off the banks and into deep water over the Northwest Channel. Our last couple hours are rather rough with the east wind. We get into Morgan Bluff around 3:30 after a 60 nautical mile day. We anchor and take the dingy into the inner harbor. The harbor master office closes at 3:30. We walked over to the gas station to inquire about renting a car. The attendant, Patrick takes my phone number and says he will contact me later with information on available rentals. We head back to the boats, have dinner and go to bed early at 9:30.
