Early morning at Marineland

 

Another early start, we leave at 7:20am. Boat is covered in a heavy due since there was little wind over night. We have favorable currents most of the way and arrived at Halifax River Yacht Club at 12:30.

 

Halifax Yacht Club

After lunch on the boat, we walk to Surplus Limited, another surplus marine store. This store has new and old stuff. Mark buys some new line for a halyard replacement, at a good price. We stop at CVS and Walgreens on the way back. The marina has free laundry and a large washing and drying machines. Karen does their laundry before dinner. We had dinner at the Yacht club at the Flag Room, their pub. The menu had changed considerably since our last visit, from a very interesting extensive pub menu to a menu with just a few fancier items.

After dinner we head down stairs to the boater lounge and Linda does laundry while we all play cards.
