Got up early and headed ashore at 7:45 am to meet Mark, Karen and Travis to head to the Blue Hen for breakfast. We discovered the Blue Hen the last time we were in St. Augustine. It’s in a neighborhood away from downtown, known mostly by locals. Travis drove us over. Excellent breakfast, unique menu with lots of interesting options, Fatata for Linda, eggs and corn beef hash for me.
After breakfast Travis drives us all to Walmart, Aldi, West Marine and Batteries Plus for an odd ball battery that I needed for my laptop pen, a AAAA battery. We head back to the Marina after Walmart and Adli to unload in our dinghies since we have filled up Travis’s compact car. We head back out to a few remaining stores. After lunch Mark and Karen head to Costco, we head to our boat to unload.
Between our trips back and forth, I get a chance to see some of the St. Augustine Christmas Parade.

Late in the afternoon we visit “Blow Away Too” in the north mooring field. Linda brings some books for Diane. We then head ashore and walk to a bank ATM to withdraw some more cash for the Bahamas. Back to the boat for a light dinner of soup and crackers.
