We have a nice warm night, comfortable with fans running all night. We have had heat on most nights for the last month. We are up early and out by 8:15, pretty good for us.
The road west to Whistler is even more impressive, way too steep for a railroad. Switchbacks, cliff hangers, really need to stop at pull offs to safely enjoy the views. Linda gets some good pictures of mountain goats.

Whistler ski area
Once we get to the west side of the mountain range we get cell coverage. We stop at Whistler. Very busy, with lots of restaurants and people. Probably more people here than during ski season.
From Whistler we are quickly down to sea level and we drive along Howe Sound into North Vancouver to Capilano River RV Park.
